How do I find out my test results?
If you wish to, you can now use the internet to book appointments with a GP, request repeat prescriptions for any medications you take regularly and look at your Coded Record online. This includes any results of tests taken at the surgery. To register for this service, please see the Patient Services team with photo ID so you can be issued with log on details. This service can be accessed via the surgery homepage or via an app on your smart phone.
We can now send SMS messages with patient’s consent to their mobile phones. This includes appointment reminders as well as test results. Please note, this will not be detailed information, but we will notify you about normal results and if you need to contact the surgery to book an appointment following the test.
You can call our patient services team to find out your results. Please help us by calling after 11am. Our team will be able to pass on any messages left by the clinician who checked your result, but will not be able to explain the results to you. We can arrange a doctor or nurse to call you back if you have further questions.
Other ways to help us
Did you know we can now send you prescriptions electronically to the pharmacy of your choice? Please let our patient services team know which is your preferred pharmacy, and all future prescriptions will be sent there.
We are currently recruiting members for our PPG, to help us design our services to fit the needs of our population and to help us organise patient education events.
Please let us know as soon as possible if your mobile phone number or any other contact details change.
