PPG Report 2011-12, 2012-13, 2013-14 & 2014-15
Starting in 2011/12 GP practices were asked to create a Patient Reference Group (vPRG). The PRG is a 'virtual' group of registered patients who are representative of the Woodlands/Clerklands Partnership patient population and whose views and opinons by completing questionnaires, the results of which help shape and form the future direction of their practice.
The report outlining the process of creating our PRG and the results of our Local Practice Survey (with plan of action) can be accessed by clicking on the files below.
Many thanks to our virtual Patient Reference Group and to our Patient Participation Group members for all their support and for supplying their views and opinions to inform these reports.
Want to share your views of our practice?
Then join our Virtual Patient Participation Group now.
This forum gives our patients a voice and allows their views to positively influence both the range and the quality of the services provided to you. To see past questionnaire results click here.
Anyone can get involved, all you have to be is a registered patient of either Woodlands Surgery or Clerklands Surgery; if you want to join then email us at email@example.com, or please ask the patient services team for an application form and we'll sign you up.
