If you’re a patient at our practice you can now use the NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.
You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and contact the surgery via eConsult.
You do not need to attend the surgery to sign up for the NHS App - just download it and create an NHS Login to get going.

SystmOnline is another patient online service where you can access via your desktop computer or a smartphone device. If you don't have a smartphone or tablet and therefore can't use the NHS App, this is a way you can access your records online with your computer or laptop.
To register, please fill in the online services form below and return to the surgery. In normal times, patients not known to be housebound would be asked to attend the surgery and show photo ID. During the pandemic, our Patient Services Team will be verifying your identity over the phone.

Once you’re registered, you can:
- Book GP appointments
- Request repeat medication
- Update your details
- Send messages to the Patient Services Team
- View your coded Medical Record (including test results and vaccination history) Once you have logged onto to SystmOnline you can then request viewing access of your full Coded Medical Record. Once requested this will be released online within two working weeks.
