If you’re a patient at our practice you can now use the NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.
You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and get your COVID vaccine passport.
You do not need to attend the surgery to sign up for the NHS App - just download it and create an NHS Login to get going.
If you have any issues using or downloading the app, check the NHS App help and support page on https://www.nhs.uk/apphelp.
A simple setup guide leaflet for the NHS App is also available here (PDF, 323KB).

To register, please fill in the online services form below and return to the surgery. In normal times, patients not known to be housebound would be asked to attend the surgery and show photo ID. During the pandemic, our Patient Services Team will be verifying your identity over the phone.
